I am still finding things in my food and kit list that I have missed or want to change......I even realised yesterday that I had forgotten to add a main meal on day five!!!

went out for a long walk this morning with full pack weight (10kg) and ended up running most of it.. ...seemed easier running at nine minutes per mile than walking at...
achilles is not great.. ..think i need to stop running on the treadmill as it seems to give me pain every time i use it.. ..only four miles tonight before i had to stop.. ..now sitting on the...

A very worthwhile day out......learned a few things....had a few more reaffirmed.....and passed the medical and ECG which was by far the most important thing.......got to try out the new bits of kit...

Ok - having thought about what I wrote, spoken to the wife and realised I shouldn't assume anything!!!....I realised that it was sensible for the sake of £17 to book a room
