Geraldine would have been up for being a marshal but she's committed to a charity walk up Ben Nevis that day. One of her friends had planned to do it for Breast Cancer Care but unfortunately her cancer came back and before she died she asked Geraldine to take her place on the walk.

See you next week at the Fling. Waiting to hear from Murdo but I should be there at the start and again at Inversnaid. Doing the one-day Scottish the following week.

Are there still places for Glenmore? I want to do the 12 hours if possible.

Injuries mending nicely - back at physio today and all looks well, so I'm getting back into it properly. I'm just marshalling at the Fling because it's too early for me to try that distance yet. I've got the Inversnaid spot (and the bag drop at 5am!). Confident I'm getting back on track now - MdS next year so I have to get serious.

If the Glenmore is still available, I'll get my name down right away. I'd been waiting to see how I recovered. That's been the best part of 2 years with one injury after another.
