Hi all!

I'm Rew and I'm running the MdS in 2013 for Mencap. I've set up a blog at rewmds2013.com where I'm posting about my training, fundraising and general bits. Just posted about the Inov-8 Rocklite 315's. Would love to hear your thoughts so leave a comment!!

    will be following your progress with interest....also running in 2013......been running for a while and will keep it up but proper, defined training starts in a few months

    Thanks! Yeah know what you mean, starting to step it up a level now, running a half marathon for halloween. Got my sights set on a few ultra's for next year.

    Ricky Road Run this weekend (9.5 "undulating" miles) folowed by a bit of a break until the new year....next race probably going to be the London Ultra in feb....seemed to recall last year they had some good ultra kit on show (backpacks etc) so will be starting the shopping then as well

    Nice one. Good to see you planning so far ahead, as time does fly. Have a look at the sandbaggers Ultra Seminar. I recommend this. Great bunch of guys, whos experience and advice they have to offer, is second to none
